If I should die by Amy Plum
Reviewed by Moirae the fates book reviews.

I will not lose another person I love. I will not let history repeat itself.

Vincent waited lifetimes to find me, but in an instant our future together was shattered. He was betrayed by someone we both called a friend, and I lost him. Now our enemy is determined to rule over France’s immortals, and willing to wage a war to get what they want.

It shouldn’t be possible, none of it should be, but this is my reality. I know Vincent is somewhere out there, I know he’s not completely gone, and I will do anything to save him.

After what we’ve already fought to achieve, a life without Vincent is unimaginable. He once swore to avoid dying—to go against his nature and forsake sacrificing himself for others—so that we could be together. How can I not risk everything to bring my love back to me? Wow. Just wow! That was such a great book! The series as a whole is my favorite! Going into this one, I had a few theories and I was right. Which is awesome, I am so glad my theories were right I was hoping they would be.

This one picks literally right where the last book left off. Pretty much it's the same scene! Which is fantastic! Like all of Amy Plum's books If I should die is packed with action. We get too see more sword fights and more bloody characters.

We also get to meet new characters and get to see another city which was a neat twist. I really loved the additional lore that we learned in this one and we saw a different side to Papy which was really sweet.

I really enjoyed how Georgia's character developed over the course of the three books, she was her usual funny self in this one as well as part bad-ass. Not as much as Kate but still bad-ass!

If I had to pick my favorite part of this book, I don't think I could do it. It was that amazing! My only complaint is that ended. I had to force myself to do normal things like eat, sleep and go to work. I wanted to read it all in one sitting. I am glad I didn't though I was able to enjoy it that much longer.

Plum is by far one of my favorite authors right up there with Stephen King I will read anything she writes before I know what it's about. She is defendantly an author to be watching if you aren't already. one If you haven't read Die for me,  or Until I die you have to! Get to a book store now and read them, you'll be all caught up when If I should die is released in May.

This was such a brilliant ride but sadly it must come to an end. I am glad though all my favorites  got what they deserved and the characters all got a great wrap up to their story. I think that most all readers will be pleased by this book and by the ending that Kate and company got.

So say we all!

Been away

I've been away I know. There has been a lot going on. Been very busy and haven't had enough time to read and get thoughtful reviews written. Things will be settling down soon hopefully.
Thanks for understanding.
